How we manage data privacy
We take your data privacy very seriously. We have invested heavily in creating a framework to ensure that our core products and services comply with applicable data privacy laws and that the broader data-related risk aspects are effectively managed.
Our approach:
- starts with our methods of Code of Conduct, which sets out senior management’s commitment to complying with data privacy laws in all jurisdictions where we operate, and conduct standards expected from our employees when they work together, with our customers, or with our business partners;
- is supported and based on appropriate data privacy policies, standards, and standard operating procedures specifically designed to ensure that our companies manage data privacy effectively;
- is led by the Chief Privacy Officer and the Global Data Privacy Service, who are responsible for compliance and understanding of relevant privacy laws, and advise on the implementation of data privacy policies and standards by monitoring compliance across jurisdictions worldwide;
focuses on creating a sustainable data privacy control system. This system focuses on the implementation of effective data privacy control and continuous improvement.
